Getting ready to watch UFC Fight Night 251, Jared Cannonier vs. Gregory Rodrigues, taking place at the UFC Apex, in Clark County, Nevada. Going to have G.L. Pease Abingdon (December 20, 2021) in one of my 2025 Birthday pipes*, a Todd Bannard aka @sasquatch , Briar, Sweat, and Tears (BST) Tall Stack with a Long Oval Shank (a Canadian by a Canadian?) Not sure what the accent is—maybe Ivorite? When I popped this tin, tobacco bits sprayed everywhere (like a party favour loaded with confetti) out of the very narrow slit where the seal broke. I love the grain on this pipe.

A picture is worth 1000 words. Here is a block of Cannon Plug before I slice and prep for my pipe and it smells of wonderful rose geranium - I might just put a plug of this in the wife's underwear drawer which sure does beat plugging the wife!

Meer of some slightly-crispy Sillem's Green which I originally opened like two years ago, topped off with a bit of HH Bold Kentucky that was dry and unburned in the bottom of the bowl after my last smoke.

Sutliff 507-C in the Vauen Olaf bent egg 9mm while watching the snow fall ... it started 1.5 hrs earlier than predicted. I'm hoping its fast moving and not more than the 2-4 inches expected. I;ll have to get out and clear it later tonight before the rains come and make it too heavy to move easily. Might repeat the Peterson Nightcap then.

I haven’t been active much the past few days because my wife and I welcomed our second child into the world, a son, on Feb 13th in the early hours of the morning. We now have a 5 year old daughter and a son. We are blessed beyond words.
