Just over a third of a bowl left of Wilke No. 515 Double Shot in a smooth dark medium bend 2021 Peterson Heritage Brown POTY 4AB No. 45/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. This is No. 515 with twice the rum of the Basil Rathbone blend. I should be able to end my day with this smoke.

How open is the draw on the newer ropps? I have an older ropp etudiant j07 that had a super wide open draw cause I think it was originally drilled for a stinger.

I can't tell for the Etudiant line but many (not all though)of those Vintage and Algerian briars are drilled to accept long removable stinger, the only reason I decided to refrain buying them.

Thanks Sean, its among my favorites. Not just because the grain...the grain, the shape, the feel and its a great smoker. Its always a mystery as to what puts a pipe high on your list. This blend of White Horses and Zulu is settling in nicely. I will do it again.
