The next smoke is in a Tom Eltang Cutty (more appropriately a Belge as it is sans nub)
This is a less commonly seen smooth finish with a prow redolent with Birdseye

Sunny, cool afternoon invites me out to the leeward side of the patio to enjoy some Earl Gray tea and one of my new “favorite” VaPer baccy s- KBV Acadian Flek. Just got an order a few days ago with 4 more ounces of it along with some KBV, Brown Flek.
Grabbed this handsome 2022 Boswell Canadian with beautiful grain and oval shank.

2/3 Triple Play, 1/3 Rustica, all rubbed together in a Dunhill 120. Tastes good to me; Rustica added a little grit and treble. I should be close to comatose by the bottom of the bowl.

Walked trails with a buddy this morning and enjoyed some Burleys - London Blend from 2013 and House Reserve (Spring '22 edition). Smoked from my TSS Bermuda BBB from the 1930s and this unmarked sandblast that turned out to be made by Ian Fisher. Not sure exact date, it happened over the last 6 months I believe. I’ve checked the overseas houses and it appears to be out of stock everywhere. So, its demise would appear to be validated. ️

Near the first third of this bowl of several years old Dunhill Elizabethan in a straight smooth, dark brown patent era 1952 Dunhill Bruyere ODA apple 806 B124 with a black vulcanite tapered stem.

Good memory! I kept the 87. At that point I thought, “Do I want to pay that much money for a small pipe?” The answer then was, “no” but I realized it’s not less of a “value” to spend the same amount of money on a smaller pipe compared to a bigger one. But I was an idiot back then.
