Hello my dear friend. I think the manufacturer says it doesn't need humidity, but I have these cigars in the coolest room in my house. Honestly, I think it wouldn't be bad if it had a little humidity, or coolness. I have some closed marble pots or bowls, they are very good for keeping cool, for the daily cigars. I send you a big hug from Spain.
