Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken legs and green beans dinner with strawberries for dessert. I'm smoking year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink. Watching the first "Maisie" movie. Turner Classic Movie broadcast a Maisie marathon so I figured m'lady and I would give them a chance.

PS Navy Flake in a clay. Am a little tuckered and a lot mad today. Got almost no sleep last night due to a couple cats feuding under my house. The squalling and crashing around was incredible, and had my dog absolutely crazed. Gotta do something, but not sure what. Hey JimInks. Want a couple more ferals? 😵‍💫
No way, dear lady. I've enough trouble with the ones here.

I've been smoking Newminster 400 navy flake and Old Toby, and some C&D Bright Virginias in various pipes off and on all day but after dinner I found a bag of Country Squire Cherokee which is one of their oldest signature blends of Virginias and Cavendish. Thoroughly tasty semi-sweet and real tobacco flavor. Savinelli 2614KS with 6mm charcoal filter. I won't be overlooking this one again ! Very nice after dinner smoke.

Stanwell Classic (Dublin) stuffed with Sillem's Black.
WOW!
...half way through the bowl.....
OMG!

I don't even know what flavor to call this. It's almost overwhelming at first, very good but 'in your face' with its uniqueness and multitude of flavors. Then, halfway through the bowl, all those flavors suddenly coalesce into single fantastic flavor.

Wish I had tried this stuff sooner. I will definitely be laying in a store of this and will try out a few Sillem's other blends as well.

Happy IPSD one and all!

Now Smoking: Nothing fancy right now, Lads; just some Smoker's Pride Rich Taste - the red bag, now Out-of-Production - of which I jarred-up a bunch of these about 3 years ago. I will say this about jarring RYO-type Burley: While folks don't normally cellar Burley for the reasons the do so with Virginia, a little "Composting" over time takes that harsh, hot, dry RYO edge off these offerings quite nicely!

As for the pipe: It's my 7" French-made, Brigham Heritage-series, '019', straight, smooth, Canadian, with acrylic stem and Bryco-branded Softy-bit.
