Not far from finishing this bowl of year 2015 D&R A.B. Rimboche in an old favorite smooth dark brown 1977 Medley (GBD second) medium bend billiard with a flat underside with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Dinner follows this smoke. Posted my review of Low Country Edisto at TR.

@Carol At present I wrap them in bubble wrap and used pipe tobacco packets in an empty ice cream box but I'm looking for something safer and more period correct!

Yesterday was my first day smoking after a three day break. Had a wisdom tooth yanked. I smoked a lot of English blends yesterday and earlier today, but then grabbed for the W3K this eve.

I like the Donegal Rocky line. They do smoke great.
Yep I cut a few inches of the beard off. Usually trim it back once a year and that’s about it. Never know how much I will cut off when I do it, all depends on how steady the old hands are when I get started. Sometimes if I mess up on the initial outline I have to trim it shorter. I’m not much on letting anyone else trim it.

Smoke very well and it’s a very beautiful finish for the price . I like every Ropp produce to this day .

Just finished smoking Ascanian No. 1 in a slight bent smooth dark brown 1930s (Comoy’s) The Exmoor Pipe 283 bulldog with a tapered black vulcanite stem.

Isn’t that a Rhodesian with the round shank? Either way,that pipe has lovely proportions. Enjoy, my friend!

Windjammer in a Georg Jensen bent brandy. I'm thoroughly satisfied with my purchase of this pipe. I've only smoked it 4 or 5 times so far, but it smokes extremely cool and dry. I'd be curious to try out some more Jensen pipes. I keep seeing these tall stacks on ebay. I don't know how much longer I can resist!
