After finishing with mb: Virginia Flake, which by the way, I have to say that I like this tobacco more and more, it surprises me more and more, I have this sensation of catching a sweet aroma, like honey, baked bread, toasted cereal. Which is incredible. It recently went up in price. And thank God I have a good amount sleeping in my closet. Well, that said. I start smoking with another tobacco. Amphora Full, in a MM General..........A can that has been open for several months, has already breathed quite well and has darkened somewhat. With a smell of chocolate and honey......i mean mac baren virginia flake...........With a cup of black coffee and a small glass of brandy........

I own this pipe with a slightly bent stem and another with a straight saddle both are good honest smokers.
Love the hoodie, I’ll wager Newhaven Missouri is a much nicer place than Newhaven East Sussex. Shit, Gary Indiana is a nicer place than my Newhaven so it’s gotta be ?

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am half way through this bowl of Erik Stokkebye 4th Generation Evening Flake in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson Ebony POTY 4AB No. 422/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Gold Star Jamaican Blue Mountain, neat, is my drink.

This evening's smoke is an EE2 "olive cob" pipe, simple as it can get, just an olivewood bowl and a bamboo stem, with Amphora Special Reserve no 8 in it.
I observe that a big percentage of the forum members have facial hair, which gives the opportunity of experiments, variations, styles and other men's fun stuff. I used to have beard or goatee or moustache for decades. Now, nothing. They tell me I look younger. But I feel an emptiness on the face. It's almost sad...
Anyway, pipe is (always) a comfort!
