Did a little low calorie snacking, and am smoking year 2012 Dan Tobacco Treasures of Ireland: Limerick in a 2021 medium bend black sandblasted Peterson Newgrange 80S bent bulldog silver spigot with a tapered reddish brown, black striped acrylic stem. All the ferals are fed. Sleepy Suzy is still by my side. Daisy the Feral Princess is by my feet.

Earlier today I had a nice bowl of SG Bracken flake in an old LHS billiard with decent grain and a sterling band and vulcanite stem. 
Self made cigar mix from chocolate flavored Tuscany cigars and a basic Virginia blend, in a George Leoussis pipe.

A quarter of the way through this bowl of year 2014 Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a very much appreciated 1979 brown, slight bend grain etched flat front Stanwell Rego 969-48 (09) with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Tomato the Brave is back inside.

Near the first third of this bowl of 2018 Sutliff Walnut Match in a 1990s smooth brown medium bend briar calabash shaped Butz-Choquin Maitre Pipier JR Fait Main with a horn ferrule and a black vulcanite stem. Enjoying quiet reading time.

I remember when I first got this blend a bit over a year ago I found it a little cough syrupy, but after a year in a Ball jar the cough syrup note seems to have disappeared and it's turned into a very pleasant mellow cherry aromatic. If you were to imagine what Cult Blood Red Moon might be like without the chocolate and vanilla flavorings, just the cherry, this is pretty much it. A little aging actually seems to have helped this blend out quite a bit, which is something I don't often say for aromatics!
