Ordinarily I'm not too big a fan of that general stummel shape (plateau-y?), but there's something about the stem that makes it work for me.Back home after running errands, and am continuing yesterday's theme of smoking pipes that have suffered from lack of action lately. So, I'm smoking Dreaming Pipes Mount Tai in a smooth medium bend straight grain 2000 Winslow C silver spigot wide top dublin with a canted plateau and black acrylic saddle stem.
