Eight State Burley in a Sav Qandale.
I have a tin in the cellar but haven't gotten around to it. I like CBG so this sounds like a good fit.An Old post from @Chasing Embers
Turned me onto it referencing grape tobacco’s. I grabbed a couple tins to try based on his description and found it to be a really unique blend. Literally everyone compliments the room note instantly with praise. It’s a fun blend with a hint of grape, burns well without relights, awesome tin note as well. Its an ARO with Virginias, Black Cavendish, Dark Fired Kentucky and a wine topping. It’s worth a try.
You’ll find it different and more refined. See what you think !I have a tin in the cellar but haven't gotten around to it. I like CBG so this sounds like a good fit.
Thank you, sir! Was an ebay find for me, and can't say I have any affinity for the Hesson Guard system other than a historic curiosity, but it's pretty to my eye, and for me, just the right size for this blend.I love the pipe. I have some vintage Zulu's (Comoys, MCL, Hollycourt, Medico) and they are fabulous smokers.
And I'm finishing a sample of Semois that Eric (sittingbear) kindly sent in our last exchange. I am now a big fan of this unique tobacco.Last of a sample of 4th Generation Resolution in a cob (thanks @troutface !) I'm really digging this blend.... too bad it was a special release!
Hey thanks! Great little pipe to smoke too.Has to be one of my favorite Brighams I've seen here. I love the wire brush rustication!
Happy birthday @briarbuck !It's my Birthday as well. Turned 39'ish
