Off to work with a bowl of year 2020 D&R VIP in a 2004 smooth long shank Trever Talbot Ligne Bretagne Faite en Bretagne 4/3 lumberman with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink. Listening to the A's-Dodgers game.
Enjoying some SPC Galloping Gertie in a Bing’s Favorite. This blend is a pretty good palate trainer. To me, is has a vinegary, floral, possibly buttery taste (I think). Regardless, you get a nice not-too-sour savory taste inside your cheeks. The journey continues.
A 75/25 mix of GH Kendall KY and Dark Birdseye in a Howell
Prairie Wind in my Berggreen bamboo billiard.
Now smoking Wilke No. 72 in a pre-1974 dark brown straight Larus & Brother Co. Signature billiard with a nickel band and a tapered black vulcanite stem with the initials LCR on the top of the stem. This blend was smoked by Walter Cronkite.
Breaking in this Peterson Arklow 230 with Rattray Marlin Flake. It’s a little feller, 18mm by 1inch deep. 
A third of the way through this bowl of Wilke Hearth of Galway in an undated smooth straight medium brown made in France Saillard Lord Clerit lumberman with a black vulcanite saddle stem.
Just got home from a most excellent oi show, now I'm smoking an aromatic called "Gentleman's Corner" that I get from a local-ish B&M. I've got it in a thermofilter billiard, which is a nice little pipe that does aromatics and burleys quite well.
Wessex Brown Virginia Flake folded and stuffed in the Chinese Canadian.
Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and am smoking Uhle’s Blend 71 in a smooth straight brown family era Sasieni Mayfair 64 N Canadian with a black tapered vulcanite stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.
Murray's Dunhill Nightcap in a Fribourg & Treyer Super Grain Billiard. The Nightcap is really hitting the spot this evening.
Close to finishing this bowl of Wilke No. 524 in an undated, unbranded, slight bend smooth darker brown made in France Los Alton VBF zulu with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Sleepy Suzy and Molly Danger came to the studio singing a chorus of "Get up and feed us, you bum" I didn't even know they knew the words.

Finished work, and this bowl of first release Watch City Rhythm & Blues in a straight smooth brown 1920s-30s Sasieni patent 8 dot Marborough lovat with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Fed Daisy the Feral Princess and Tomato the Brave a little extra since they hadn't eaten in a few hours.
Half way through this bowl of year 2019 C&D Yorktown in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Terracotta 4AB No.108/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. I may end the day with this smoke.
