Finally having a chance to post smokes:
year 2013 Stonehaven in a straight sandblasted pre-transition Barling Exel 249 Fossil T.V.F. black billiard with a silver banded military mount and a black ebonite tapered stem.

Ken Byron Ventures Pork Chops & Apple Sauce 2020 in a 1980s White Pipe straight lattice apple meerschaum with an acrylic yellow cream colored saddle stem.

Ken Byron Ventures Vincero in a 1975 medium bend sandblasted looking, smooth on the sides yellow Pioneer meer with a black ferrule and vulcanite stem in the military mount style.

And I'm not far from finishing this bowl of 1970s Carter Hall in a 2015 Basil Meadows black sandblasted billiard with an aluminum band and a pearl red acrylic tapered stem. This will get me to dinner time.

Another lovely winter day here although it didn't quite feel as warm as the 22c the experts promised. Didn't matter, as I was cutting grass most of the afternoon.
Now having a second bowl of the Argento Natural the Burley/Virginia coarse cut blend I pressed in the vice a week ago. I've always been a tad sceptical regarding the stories you read about home pressed baccy but have to say this blend, in my humble opinion, has definitely benefited from it. For me it's much more flavourful and stronger straight from the off rather than having to wait for both to kick-in until you get further down the bowl....not that there was much wrong with it in the first place.

Opened a tin of Dan Tobacco Old Ironsides and smoking it in a Dunhill Millennium Shell from the year 2000. Old Ironsides is a Latakia forward blend (Some call it a Lat Bomb) with Kentucky, Orientals and Virginias. I bought two tins back in 2017 and was waiting forever for me to open. I bought it from SmokingPipes but I think it is out of stock for quite some time.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, steel head trout and sugar snap green peas dinner with freshly made chocolate meringue pie for dessert. I'm a quarter of the way through this bowl of year 2015 Strang in a 2003 smooth medium bend straight grain Ardor Venere Extra signed by Dorelio Rovera Dublin and a black acrylic saddle stem. Have enough in the baggie for one more smoke. Ice water and bergs is my drink.
