Enjoyed a very tasty cinnamon raisin French toast lunch (don't ask how many slices!) with orange slices on the side. I'm a quarter of the way through this bowl of Seattle Pipe Club Hogshead plug in a medium bend, smooth brown 1950s Peterson 999 Dublin chubby Rhodesian with a tapered black vulcanite p-lip stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Just cracked open a tin of Dorchester from May of 2021, and am breaking in a Jensen factory 64 that is new to me. Plain water is my libation, as I'll be doing some work from home here in a bit.

Drying a tiny, rubbed out pinch of Drew Estate Gatsby Luxury Flake (my favorite), to go in a Foyard Beechwood Rhodesian that pre-dates the Kennedy assassination. Bird report: Common raven, California scrub-jay, Steller's jay, House finch, and Red-tailed hawk (keeping the list short, like they usually do).

Had a bowl of Bayou Morning in a cob to start the day. Now a bowl of ThreeFriars in a Grabow Royal Duke apple. I know the older Grabows get lots of kudos from members, but thispipe is a new one and smokes very well and I like the plastic stem. This pipe is drilled perfectly and after removing the lacquer coating it feels and looks better and is now one of my favorite briars. Strong Irish tea with a splash of milk.
