Smoking some older Bayou Morning Flake in a Peterson Lovat. This can is from 2004, and I think that’s a little older than I like for it. Pretty much all of the spice from the Perique has turned to fruit (not that it doesn’t taste good!), but I love having some of the tingles and pepper
