Now smoking year 2013 Solani 633 in a 1954 patent Dunhill 148 Group 3 black shell bulldog made for the France market with a black saddle vulcanite stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Balkan Supreme in Peterson Irish Made Army 80s. GEC71. New pipe. Had to get it. New shape in their army line. Would have preferred sterling band, but love the shape. For their low end line, lovely grain and pretty solid briar. Smoked to ashes with great smoke. Sold the house in one day. The market is crazy.

Jim, is that a typical first bowl of the day for you?

Yes, it is. A very comfortable, enjoyable way to start my day. And the pipe is special because it was the first pipe anybody made for me. Basil made it better than I expected, and I've smoked it more than any other pipe I own since I got it.

If I didn't change blends with every smoke, I'd smoke more EGR than I do. I can say that about a few blends, I suppose.

Disappointing game mate, Liverpool are off the boil just now. The performance last year was unbelievable compared to this season.
