Longshot - that album is very underrated. Even in their catalog, I think it deserves more recognition. What a great band.
I'm listening to a cassette (yeah) of Bob Marley live in Santa Monica in 1979 or something. I need to figure out how to make a digitized copy of this thing. It's great.

Joachim Witt - Supergestort und Superversaut. This is the guy that started the German music scene we have today. Without him, there would be no Eisbrecher(I'm a huge fan) and Rammstein(Also a huge fan)
Hey lordofthepiperings, check him out!

I compose music scores for film tv and make CDs. I think my CDs are good pipe smoking background, you can listen here, free and full length (not 30 second clips) Right now I'm mixing a score for a documentary, Erinmore in a Savinelli Oscar.

It's a cool but sunny Saturday morning on the brink of the apocalypse, and I'm out on the patio. I'm smoking my new Peterson, Boswell Cherry Cobler and have "John Prine - Anthology, Great Days" on shuffle.

Been listening to Iron & Wine's new album quite a bit lately, particularly "Walking Far From Home," which reminds me of younger days spent wandering.
