Last night I played the whole of Miles Davis' Bitches Brew 40th Anniversary set on 3 CDs & 1 DVD.

Some pretty way out trumpet playing and some great rhythms. I read somewhere he had 2-3 bass players & 2-3 drummers all chugging away at the same time....quite innovative I thought.

The set includes a live gig at Tanglewood (disc 3) and a the whole comes in a very comprehensive book/disc holder.

Ah. An audiophile then. Good tip, no argument
Actually I made an error regards the Animals album, I didn't buy the SACD version as it was a whopping £53, what I did buy was the Dolby Atmos version on Blu Ray at a much friendlier price of £23.

I never cared too much about the redbook version of that album but was pretty gobsmacked by the Atmos version.....like chalk and cheese!
