Rodriguez! So ubiquitous in my South African years, yet so unknown nearly everywhere else. Many great tracks, catchy music, poetic lyrics. The Oscar-winning documentary got his story out to a wider public. Thanks, great selection!

Late last night I was listening to Jazz FM and they played a wonderful tune by a young lady saxophonist called Sarah Hanahan (from New York I believe) and she really is some player. That is the second time I've heard her on that station yet can find no recordings of hers to buy.
Has anyone here heard of her? She is well worth a listen.
