These guys always put on a great show.
I just found a CD I was gifted some years ago and I don't think I ever played it until now.
It's called Strange Generation by Dirty Americans, a band I've never heard of but it's playing now for the second time and I'm really enjoying it, kind of like a mix of 70's hard rock with some more contemporary melodies thrown in.

Slowing down the song a smidge really changes it up, doesn't it? There's quite a few songs that they've slowed down and added reverb to that I like.
Listening to Johnny Hiland and smoking PA in my large Dublin.
Many of the King Oliver recordings also feature Freddie Keppard who is an early cornetist who was influential.
Somehow, I have went this long and the original rock'n'roller, Chuck Berry!! This absolutely tore it up in the 50's. You good listen to his infectious guitar licks for hours on such song as "Maybelline", "Johnny B. Goode", "School Days", "Sweet Little Sixteen", etc.
