St. Austell Big Job Double IPA.
My wife brought me home a couple of bottles of this beer made from a brewery in Cornwall. Living in Germany I've been drinking a lot of beer but it is nice to have an American style IPA again (even if a Cornish take on it). Not sure what hops are in it but I'm thinking either Cascade or Centennial or both. This is a nostalgic taste from my decades in the Pacific Northwest of the USA. Prost! Here is to obnoxiously hopped IPA!

Gotcha! Lots of good Belgian style beers being brewed in North America these days. We are truly living in the golden age of craft beer!
Dessert! Almond Enjoy Martini: Malibu rum, Godiva chocolate liqueur, blended with vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup drizzle, topped with coconut shavings.
Try Idaho, good Malbecs in my humble opinion
