Pilsner urquell, Cosentino The Franc 2014, Bowmore 25, now some Agrarian Field Bier and a little Woodford Reserve Double Oaked. All throughout a little dinner party with old friends from my Grad School Cohort. Made Moose Bourguignon and some fresh baked honey rosemary white bread. Wild scoops Pumpkin French Toast ice cream for dessert.

Not a bad friday at all. Although I am craving a pipe, which will have to wait until tomorrow.

Had an office event tonight. Thankfully it was a family affair. Since my wife does not drink, she is always the de facto designated driver. I had two Oban 14 yo and three Glenfiddich 12 yo

The storm named 'Sabine' ("Ciara" in Ireland and Britain) is raging outside but it is nice and dry and peaceful inside here with the boys in bed. Enjoying Laphroaig Quarter Cask and a local dampfbier as the wind howls.

It'll be some days before I can enjoy a pipe outside with the weather like this.
