I do prefer the regular version, but I need to watch the calories on them because I can pound some beer. Yuengling Light and Miller Lite are two of the light beers that have good flavor to me.

@Bengel Have you tried any other ryes? If so, how does that one compare?

The Wild Turkey 101 rye is far better. This was on sale and only my first glass neat, last night in a Manhattan. I'll let it grow on me, but except for the Rare Breed 116, which is also supposed to come out in a rye, I think Russell's 101 stuff is the best.
Old Forester is great though it does have a "banana" taste which I like, cannot beat the price on it.

Re: Rye, I am a Lot 40 and High West Midwinter Night’s Dram kinda guy. I do like Whistepig and Woodford Rye as well though.
Tonight however, its Tired Hands Ourison, SN Hazy Little Thing and some Woodford Double Oaked Single Barrel Bourbon and Aberlour A’bunadh Cask Strength Scotch. A real sherry bomb that’ll put some hair on your taint.

Buck Shack Cabernet

A friend gave me this bottle for my birthday and I have to say it's pretty nice. I'm not a big fan of most California wines but this is good for the style.
