I curse Burger King for making those coated style fries popular! Almost as much as i curse KFC for getting rid of their potato wedges that were coated in the chicken batter … best “fries” ever.
Pho is actually one of my favorite dishes to make. Takes about 10 hours, but so worth it!
A few places by me are selling pho broth in cartons. It may shorten your journey.
Even Anthony Bourdain cheated with broths in culinary school.
That's not the wurst. Italian sausage with roasted garlic mashed potato (straight out of a package) and grilled onion with shrooms and tarragon. And, yes, it is an original Ginsu steak knife.
