Now I'm not a lawyer *cough*needalawyertochimeinplease*cough*, but if I'm reading this correctly it is only illegal to ship tobacco that was purchased via mail-order or over the internet into Washington State.

That being said, it wouldn't be that hard to put together a Secret Santa present for folks in Washington that didn't include tobacco. Tampers, tobacoo pouches, pipe pouches, pipes, lighters, cleaners... the list is endless.
So I say, "Sign up!"
If you end up with a Secret Santa who is in Washington, just make a judicious call as to what you send that person.

I'm in. I don't favor aromatics but I like almost anything else.
I like surprises and am easily made happy but to help Santa out, I'm providing the following information. I'm particularly fond of English made tobaccos (not necessarily English style tobaccos) cigar leaf blends, J.F. Germains, Russ Oullette or G.L. Pease creations. I favor plugs, flakes, coins and ropes over ribbon cut.
