Well, well. As "Santa" was looking around the "toy shop" this afternoon he found something very nice! While I was picking up a couple blends for myself at my local B&M I noticed a jar on the top shelf. Inquiring about it I was told it is a special house blend, and it's made from the very tobaccos my giftee wants. To top it off it's been sitting there aging nicely. I picked up some to try for myself, as well.
I think he's going to be very pleased this Christmas! Sorry though, you're going to have to wait until at least December before you get it. No presents before Thanksgiving!

My recipient almost scored an additional present as my next order automatically still had their name and address on the order form ! A quick email & call caught it before it shipped.

Got mine today. A nice box from Smoking pipes. And I confess that I opened it. I'm terrible at waiting and I'm a "what if there is loose tobacco in there. It will be dry by Christmas." Good thing I opened it as there was some Newminster Round Slices in there. I have never had these and they smell amazing. Also interestingly I love Full Virginia Flake and have smoked it in bulk but never out of a tin and was thinking about ordering some to try. Must have read my mind. I have also never tried University flake. The Modern Virginia is a nice light smoke that I have tried. I'll add it to my current jar stock. I did open my box but I won't crack the tins or smoke the round slices till Christmas. I will be enjoying the slices for my Christmas smoke. Hopefully during a cold Illinois snow, A big thanks to my SS.

Package arrived today from Fitz, thanks I'm debating on opening. My package should be sent out Wednesday, working so much haven't had time.

Hard to know what tobacco to get someone, even with the guidelines here. So I thought, "what do I smoke the most?" And i sent tins of those two. (And a couple of goodies.)
