So…. Do we agree… clean hands mixing tobacco is what?... a good thing?
Disinfecting hands before mixing tobacco - or any other type of "cooking" - is like sealing your lips in plastic before kissing. It misses the point entirely and robs you of far too much pleasure.

btw My first job was in oncology. Not that any of them were immunocompromised or anything. Of course, I never shared tobacco with them, either.

Ok, a bit of pedantry: "Not if the plastic is thin enough, of the right material, and body temperature.

And no one disinfects his hands before anything. A good washing, clean towel, etc. does the trick."

Used to smoke cigars, and there's the trope of maidens hand rolling cigars. Honest, my mind is not in the gutter, but it does suggest the discussion of pheromones.” -OP

Gentleman,
Cigars rolled on the inner thigh of a Dominican Princess does indeed suggest pheromones might affect the taste?

The question presupposes that these maidens are adding something to the finished product.

And not one of us has had the decency to answer this intriguing question.

Boys, this here is the strangest post I’ve ever experienced and I just wanna thank ya’ll

Desperately trying to avoid things that would force me to go to confession.

I spent several years in the food industry working my way through college. Alcohol or an iodine wash was mandatory hourly. I still use alcohol after washing my hands just out of habit now even 30+ years later.

You figure there's a value to handling tobacco?
I want whatever you're smoking.

"There's this mystical energy field that surrounds us" *takes bong rip* "and connects us..."
