Lift off.... Santa's on his way!! Happy holidays!!
Got my victims tins purchase! I'll gettem sent out this week.
According to the receipt which my wife brought back from the post office, my offering shipped to him to whom I had been assigned at 10:04am on 12/03.
Batch number one has hit the slingshot across the pond. Tracking was emailed to Woods, but it’s only valid till it hits customs, so YMMV.
Last one to ship this year gets coal in their stocking right Dan?
I prefer to think of it as pressed Black Cavendish!

My Secret Santa arrived yesterday. It was in a very well packaged box from Esterval's, which I initially mistook for a German computer parts supplier that I sometimes order from. I thought "Did I have something backordered? Well, I don't need it now. So I left the box until just now, when i took a knife to it and discovered it was from Esterval's. Now, believe me, If I knew what it was, I would have waited until Christmas, but I had no idea what lay within. Again, I thought, "Damn, I haven't ordered anything from them in a year, was this backordered? I opened the box, and there are three wonderful items that I would most certainly purchase, but had no memory of having done so.
So I went to my email and checked...I hadn't placed an order with Esterval's since December 7th of last year, it took over two months for it to arrive here in the US, and it was complete. No backorder. Perplexed, I went back to the enclosed invoice and there, in plain sight, was my Secret Santa's name.
Well spank my ass and call me Sally, this is just a beautiful gift. Arrived lightning fast. Just what I needed on this day when I was feeling a little down. Thank you, DanWil84!

Dan, thank you for your kind words. It was kind of a challenge to keep it creative, seeing my pipetobacco cellar is second to none. Then I stumbled on your estervals threat and the plan was born, both pipe tobaccos you ordered before. I was also amazed by the lightning speed the package was received by you, props to DHL for that! The cigars are an extra thank you for organizing this. It was fun to participate and we all hope you will continue to do so in the future or another capable member of this forum will.

I ordered some tins from TP for me and my Secret Santa on Nov. 30th. The very next day I got an email stating it shipped. I tracked it today and it states shipping label created and USPS is waiting for the package. It's still at TP in Richmond, VA.
A little disappointed, TP has always been super fast with shipping. Oh well, if it doesn't arrive next week I'll have to send my SS something out of my cellar.
My Secret Santa will get his gift before Christmas even if I have to drive it to his house myself in a Santa suit...it's less than an hour away.
