Stars are going to pulverize the Oilers. Or rather, "pulverise," to go the proper Anglophilic route.
I still say the Blueshirts will hoist their 35 lb. prize in the end, bookending the last 30 years. Too bad they won't face the Canucks for maximum authenticity.

Interesting match ups. I can only guess Stars and NY go to finals???..with Stars hoisting Lord Stanley ??? The only bad thing about NHL playoffs is when its over.
Yeah, no hockey tonight. WTF? I'm left speaking to my wife. Weird.

My wife is sitting beside me this evening, out on the patio. Talking. Well, I'm reading the forum and she is talking. She said "whats going on tonight?". I replied "hockey". We're not always this chatty.

Well, that game was a dud. Rangers were pretty much lifeless. They better make the proper adjustments. Looking forward to a better game tonight for sure...Stars/Oiljugs.

The Panther forecheck was relentless and the Rangers didn't have an answer. 12 shots on goal in two periods won't get them out of this series. The stars for the Panther's also didn't contribute any offense. What a chess match, both teams will have a different plan for Game 2. Can Bob keep this up? That hasn't been his forte, so we'll see.

Wow, double OT, I'm glad that I just went to bed. The Oilers survive a double minor in OT1, so they had their opportunities. Can Skinner keep delivering that kind of game?
