I have to admit, the last time I watched an NHL game was 24 years ago.after the strike. Fed up, I never watched another hockey game. My new wife was a tremendous athelite, played nationally and internationally. So she has been watching the series. I tuned in tonight and enjoyed the game. A bit of hockey history happening.

Wow, what a choke by the Panthers. I wouldn't want to bet money on a winner in Game 7, but I'd lean towards the Oilers now. I guess it will come down to which goalie delivers.

They've been outscored something like 23-4 in the last 3 games, which were clinching games for them.

As a Miami native, I've been a fan of the Panthers since the franchise began. And so, I want this win for Florida.
However, I'm in awe at how the Oilers have turned this around. Their tenacity and never-say-die attitude is truly something to behold.
If Edmonton goes home with the cup, it won't be because Florida lost it. It will be because the Oilers took it, by force and determination. And we might be seeing the beginnings of a dynasty (maybe)
