Latest haul for my pre-excise tax cellaring. A couple new things to try, and some faves to store up for a rainy day or two.
I have the same idea. I packed my Three Sails in quart jars except for a few 8 oz and 4 oz jars to smoke now. I plan on waiting a year before cracking into the first quart. Same plan for the Windsail.
I wasn’t crazy about the Ryback at first. It is my first go round with DFK. Some time in a jar has smoothed it out and it is growing on me.

Sykes trained that gremlin well. Too well! Apparently he can park himself by multiple ears simultaneously. Even David Copperfield can't do that.
Find lately I'm shying away from Virginia-dominant blends in favor of burley-dominant. So, today ordered a half-pound each of OJK and Haunted Bookshop.
