This is in my pocket more than any other knife. Elishewitz and Les George integral. M390 black DLC finish and brass hardware. 4 3/4 inch blade.

Today I have another slip joint. This time is from knife maker Phil Tham using translucent G10 for scales.

I love looking at custom slippies but they aren't my favorite type of carry. Maybe one day I'll get super in to collecting them.

I considered picking one of these up when they dropped. I go hot and cold on daggers though.

I just picked this one up in a trade deal. It's a Caelum Ari.
Full Ti, aluminum carbon fiber, S90V. Excellent front flipping action, excellent middle finger flicker.. but a regular thumb flick is tough. It's got a healthy size to it too.. just over 9" oal.

Boker Kalashnikov in CTS-XHP. This spends the most time in my pocket only because it's my work knife. As a cabinetmaker I totally abuse it by scraping metal and plastic, digging with the point, prying and all manner of ill conceived ideas. Sometimes I even cut with it ! I used to buy Spyderco Byrds because they were cheap, but I'd have to regrind them weekly. The XHP is much harder and touches up quickly.

Nice classic lines of a penknife. Really like the G10 grip. Is there a link to his knives you can post?
Phil retired a few years ago. I think he is not making knives anymore. His old web site (Web Server's Default Page - http://ptartistry.com/) is not active. I don't know how to get in touch with him, but his knives show up here and there occasionally. You may have to search the net to find one.

Yello Bole and a Tops FDX.45 for fixed blade Friday. I don’t normally carry a fixed blade of this size. This one stays attached to my grab and go bag. Unless I’ve got some work for it to do, then this is the one I usually grab. Surprisingly…my wife picked this out for me one year for Christmas! She’s the real edge in my life😉🤣.

I have a Yellow Bole like that one I inherited from my granddad along with a few others, I haven’t smoked it reason being I still can remember being a kind and walking around with it clenched in my teeth and the taste of stale tobacco which it still has

Loving the Trentin.
Got a new toy yesterday that I've been wanting to try since I first saw one. The Sandrin Monza w/ Zirconium scales. I'm a sucker for Zirc, so this is like a dream.
Sandrin doesn't use steel for their blades. Their specialty is tungsten. This blade is a majority Cobalt matrix with tungsten carbides (which are huge and hard- 71hrc!) The edge should last 10-15x longer than similarly ground steels. Speaking of grinds- this thing is THIN.
