Just when I said "who NEEDS another knife", I order another knife. Knife Works had the Civivi M2 Backup for $40. Can't beat that with a stick. For that money it's a knife I'll throw in a pack as a, well, backup. D2 blade in a stout .16 thickness, G10 grips and a Kydex sheath. What's not to like ?

CRKT and a clay. I really like this little knife. Smaller than I like to carry but built like a tank. My oldest son and I each got one on sale somewhere. Think we paid 10-15$. It’s his daily, even over the more expensive knives he’s bought or that have been passed down.

Love this old Remington Bullet Muskrat. It's from the 80s, maybe earlier, but I found it in its original box with documentation and wrapped in the original oiled paper, so I had to have it. Faux stag, though.

reminds me a bit of my old official Boy Scout pocket knife.
Though, as I recall, that thing had both fork and spoon 'blades' which we thought was super cool.

Really dig my Maxace Peregrine, so I got a Peregrine II. Similar overall to the original- main change is the blade. In this case, a compound ground drop point/spear point in M390.

I think this is the only Benchmade I’ve got left, unless I’ve got a fixed tucked away in a hunting pack that hasn’t seen the light of day in years. Passed the rest of them down to my sons. I bought this knife at a Walmart when I was on a trip. I think I paid about $20 for it. I didn’t want to put an expensive knife in my checked
luggage for the trip home. I put it in my checked luggage on all my trips now. Great knife for the money.

Haven't been able to out this one down since I got it- Maxace Peregrine II. Never was big on front flippers, but seems it's the better deployment on this one. Super satisfying "sssthwack" upon opening.

I have one of these Cold Steel g.i. tantos in the center console of my truck. It will be an unwelcome surprise to any malicious marauders who decide to car jack me. If that doesn't work my next step will be my Walther PPK/S. Some people might say I'm paranoid, but that's just because they're out to get me.

Had to pull out the PM2 this morning, for the non-knuts, that's a Spyderco Para-Military 2 (wearing grey G10 w/Maxamet blade). I've been amassing scales/hardware to transform this one. Should be finished in about a week.

I had this same knife.. 8 or 9 years ago. Was definitely my intro into kwaikens. It dropped in to Taylorsville Lake while lounging on a pontoon in 2019.
