This is a Nonpariel I came across. Anyone have any info on these like the year it might have been made?

The stamping says "SAVINELLI Nonpariel" on one side of the shank. The other side has the "S" inside a shield and the # "9310".

Please PM me if you have any info. Thank you!

I have only one pipe labeled Savanelli:

It was my father's. When or where he got it, I don't know. But it's a sweet, if very small smoke.

Just got this one yesterday, a Giubileo d'Oro 313 prince. Beautiful pipe but I haven't smoked it yet.

She was started by the previous owner and chewed by someone's ill behaved k9 .The stem was rough and crooked.I was able to raise most of the indentations ,fill the rest and straighten the stem .I can still see some of the indentations, but she suits me just fine .

Just got my Bing's Favorite in the mail today and already smoked a half bowl of Blend No 5 in it. Seems to be a very nicely balanced, comfortable pipe.

I've got a couple of Savinellis that I thought I'd share...

First, a Champagne 111KS... the first briar that I bought. It was an estate with a poorly done replacement stem that didn't match, a few small fills, and a HUGE bowl. I never really fully appreciated it or used it much until earlier this month when I sent it off to Mark Tinsky for a better replacement stem that more closely matched the original. As you can see, he did a fantastic job. Now, I love it... especially for those "complex" blends.

... On the other end of the spectrum we have my other Sav, a bent Qandale rusticated. I've only had this for a month or so and am still getting used to it... by far the thinnest walled pipe that I own. It's more temperamental and lets me know a lot quicker when I'm puffing a bit too fast. It's also probably the prettiest pipe I own at the moment... although that's subjective.
