Totally agree about the tapered stem. We need more tapered stems on deluxe systems.

Millenium is absolutly stunning!The shape is very pleasing ..beautifuly curved long stem..The bowl on a Pub is just too big to my eye...And definitely needs a tapered stem!! nice picture!
They are all Handmades/Housepipes. ..The middle one is 2020 Handmade with 14b stem..The bottom one is 1993 Handmade.it is quite different and smaller than other two..
Finally found one after years is searching. Peterson Pickaxe. Pre Republic, circa 1945.
I’m not 100% sure of the date on this yet, but I will be once I get it in my hands. I just scored this rusticated system billiard with a VERY long bone condenser on eBay. I’m really excited to get to examine this condenser. Why does every eBay seller put the stem in upside down? 
Yeah I don’t know what the deal is with the long condensers but the straight system I got from ash had one too (although it was metal).I’m not 100% sure of the date on this yet, but I will be once I get it in my hands. Not sure about the upside down stems and eBay sellers but I hope it’s a sign that they didn’t know what they had and you got a good deal
Well I searched far and wide for a smooth but the only one I’ve seen is the one pictured in the advertisement. I even tried waiting it out a few weeks and still no smooth… So today this little rusticated 150 showed up!

Most of the smooths were gone with a quickness, some of the shapes only being made in 5 or 6 smooths. There were only 4 smooth apples when the sale opened at 6pm and they were all gone in a few minutes.
Ahh that explains it I was probably 5 minutes late to the party. Hopefully one will show up eventually

Looks to be some of that rare Paisley Grain Peterson puts out on a Shammy....very nice ashdigger!
Ive been searching for years. I e found several Dunhill Pickaxe pipes, but this was the first Peterson Ive seen. Glad I was able to snag it.

As you say, there's many Dunhill's available, but they're newer ones and nothing really grabs me.
Here’s a Vintage Dunhill Pickaxe next to the Pete. I have newer ones too but these are the oldest.
Also consider a huybretch bro. I’ve seen a few here with the dunwich quaint brand
