It was one I hadn't heard of and thought it sounded nice as well. I see the posts saying it's discontinued but tobaccoreviews.com still lists it as "currently available". They went through some changes recently, are they not up to date?
I'm not 100% either way. It looks like there are contradictory reports regarding country of production, and current availability. I've seen some say it was produced in Poland, yet here I find this snippet from The Backy Shop (UK) which states it being produced within the Samuel Gawith factory in Kendal:

Perhaps with the Samuel Gawith takeover and incorporation under the Gawith Hoggarth & Co. banner, the blend has ceased all production? That would be a bummer, as it sounds like a delightful blend.

Yeah, compare that to this as it pops up today: updating via yoast - https://www.tobaccoreviews.com/blend/5705/samuel-gawith-scottish-autumn-flake/

(I suppose if it pops up on my radar it does, if not, I've got lots of theirs and others to still try out.

Scottish Autumn Pipe Tobacco by Samuel Gawith has the natural ripeness of the long-pressed Virginias. Along with the slow-burn this makes Scottish Autumn a most suitable flake for smoking on its own, or blending with other tobaccos.
Notes: This flake is part of a limited Four Season series in a wild collaboration of Samuel Gawith, Stanislaw and DTM. These flakes are: Irish Spring Time Flake, English Summer Flake, Scottish Autumn Flake, and Winter Time Flake.

There was a sale on C&D and I knew Sutliff Maple Shadows was coming, so I was waiting because I was debating on whether or not to get a tin of that, then Solani Silver Flake became available so I decided to get that instead and grab a bunch of C&D tins. Then later in the week, I decided to get a tin of the Maple Shadows afterall, so I did another order with more C&D stuff on sale.

I took advantage of the C&D sale to pick up a bunch of stuff that I never had before that I was interested in trying, but wasn't sure if I would like them or not. Also threw a few more clays in the mix. I think I have plenty of clay pipes now.

Part of why I debated about Maple Shadows (and even Solani Silver Flake for that matter) was because they're only available in large tins. They take up a LOT of space. Kind of makes me wish we had a basement (but it's not even a possibility here).

Back left, that's actually 4 towers of tins, not two (Burley Flake #2 and Corn Cob Pipe are the topmost tins on their towers, while Bayou and whatever is on top of Drawdown are the tops of their respective towers).

Smoking some of that perique that @AppalachianPipe92 enlighted me about. Really quality stuff, minimal prep required, dry down, destem and make ribbons with scissors, dry down some more. That is what I did anyway. 😂 I think they sell tobacco shredders if you get serious.

Hope you enjoy the rabbit hole that is home blending with whole leaf.
