I don't recall if I posted my '66 Bonnie chopper here, a few folks asked about the seat,which used to be my avatar. It's fun and scary at the same time..... It's really only good for bike nights, local cruise-in shows, etc. I miss my old America, I could ride that anytime/anywhere, not so much with the battery-less chopper (weak lights, starts hard). My 80 year old neighbor just bought a new Scrambler and I got to ride it last Saturday. What a lightweight hoot, that ride had me thinking....

Nice VStar crk. I like Yamaha -I still have my first motorcycle a Yamaha XV250, a little v-twin cruiser I bought new 21 years ago. I'll have to wheel it out to the driveway and take a picture.
@ Al yep I've seen that old Bonnie on here. I love that thing. The Bobs, chops and cafe racers are as popular as ever. There is some great tv shows and blogs out there on the subject. That's cool you got to ride a Scrambler. Rode mine to work today.

Today I put 150 miles on the clock heading up north to visit my dad on the shores of Lake Erie in Lorain County. The high temps are only making it into the upper 60's F so the riding season will soon be coming to a close except for us die hards. Photo is at Beaver Creek.

Northern Ohio is mostly farmland. Heres some antique tractors I saw along the way and this time of year Pumpkins!

No pics on the PC since ti crashed. I ride a '07 Kawasaki KLR650. Usually ride it until the first snow fall, but this year it has been parked for the last month. The stator went out and haven't had time/money to replace it yet. I'll have to get a pic and post it in a bit. She's dirty and the plastics are faded, but I love riding her.

I don't like the seat, I'd love an original style seat on it, or a cafe seat, but they're not cheap. I'd like to hang onto this one too for times I may have a passenger.

This was my '73 BMW R75/5 "Toaster"... I had to sell it a few years back. Gawd, I miss that bike!

My dream bikes at this point are a Triumph Scrambler or a 70's/early 80's Honda CB750. Gorgeous bikes. I really like mine a lot, like I said, if I had an original style seat I'd be set.

Edit: Finally broke my scooter out, gave her a bath and wax, and 200 miles. 8)

Just to blow out the cobwebs.

Brough Superior SS80 - the one with the big MX Matchless engine and not the JAP 'cough and spit' system and a Matchless 350 from the late 1940s. Both stuck in storage in the UK. I will scan and post pictures when I return.
