Lol! I'll check it out!LOL. Well, you gotta slice it, true. It's more like an unsliced roll of say, Escudo.

Definitely easier to find plugs. Like any hobby you want the hard to find. Those dang ropes!I was just pondering the same thing, Plugs not that scarce, ropes... yes
I'm no expert here. But to my understanding the rope are dang near self contained. I mean historically speaking of rope, they're kind of almost designed in a way to be preserved or aged, kept for the long haul. Much can be said for the plug also I guess.Yeh, I wonder why the ropes are becoming so rare. Are retailers just not stocking them? They weren't ever that plentiful to begin with. And, demand... I would think more guys would tend towards the plugs over ropes.

Heck, maybe there isn't much demand for ropes, I don't know.
I
? Indeed it does! The problem is they look like poop turds. Sorry but someone had to say it. ??
...and you could add Jacknife Plug to that list. I've been cellaring all three.
Rope doesn't really sell too fast. It's a specialty item that many dealers won't carry. But those that do usually have some on hand. It's more a matter of what flavor you're looking for. You can't be too picky and may have to take what you can find.

I would love to get my hands on some of that. The most elusive, unless if you live in Brazil, is Amerelinho. I definitely want to try that.
That's true -- it's not a hard plug, yet not a crumble cake. Not sure what to call it. Pressed leaf block works.A more accurate name would be "Jackknife stack of lightly pressed leaves".
My favorite, closely followed by PPP (amongst the easily obtainable plugs). It's a little pricy, so I've been slowly building up a stash of it over time.Salty Dogs is widely available. (And nobody's going to dispute it's a real plug... just make sure you have a sharp knife handy).
Do you mean my suggestions? Or, do you mean like the GH&co (impossible to find) at the bigbox online retailers stuff? Because, I've never seen Cotton Boll Twist run out.but should we be encouraging the blenders who can't get their product to market?
