If I were ever to give STG, money again, I would only do it over the phone and through Aimee in the P&C cs department.

Hmm... another great idea...You could also file a consumer complaint with PA Attorney General (Consumer Complaint - https://www.attorneygeneral.gov/submit-a-complaint/consumer-complaint/).
All Attorneys General offices offer voluntary mediation for consumer complaints regarding goods and services. Since the AG complaints ofter go to someone at corporate, you may have better luck.
It's very unfortunate actually. There was a time when P&C was one of the most recommended sites on the forum, right up there alongside Smokingpipes. That should tell you how far they've fallen. I've personally had no major issues with them other than less than stellar packaging procedures. But it's hard to look past all the problems others have had. Makes it feel like it's only a matter of time before my luck changes for the worst.It is really unfortunate so many members have had problems with P&C. I have purchased from P&C for many many years and have never had any problems. I guess maybe it depends on which day you place an order (luck of the draw).
Don't know if it was her I dealt with during my literal last fiasco with P&C. but when I finally reached a human there after my pipe order hadn't been shipped after a 3 week wait, she said she'd tell management I paid for the product so ship it out. Same. Never had an issue.They have always been good to me. They have a strange processing after you buy things, unlike SP. They also have other blends and samples options that SP does not have.
Slow shipping,out of stock items and poor CS is one thing but when a company charges you for items they do not ship is quit another. I believe several have posted similar situations. I can handle slow shipping and sub par CS as long as I get my item. I have never had a problem with PC, however some of the posted nightmares make me concerned to make another order.I‘ve ordered from P&C for over a decade. No issues. Yes, I know others have had issues. But then, I have a fairly low bar - which means I am content with most things and never seem to be bothered if things go less than expected. Par for the course. Orders come - sometimes slowly. Prices on some pipes I’ve ordered were fair enough. If you’re looking for something better than mediocrity - knock yourself out. That ship has sailed.
