Well, that's worrisome! When we consider that the average commoner in Shakespeare's time had a much ample vocabulary that to-day's average university graduate...The 'S' word is not only a pronoun, it is a noun, describing word and adjective. Without it and its brother the 'F' word some of us would be totally dumb struck and certainly speechless and incapable of any form of conversation, myself included!
Take heart, there are other offensive words we can use: rampallian, grobian, swab, lawyer...
