Way too much aro for me.
I even wanted to like it, really I did.

Not so much opening as refilling a tin from a jar - the elusive and rare Germain's Gold Leaf Ready Rubbed. I was very fortunate to get 200g bulk a while ago and eke it out like its precious metal namesake. Matured, slightly sweetened high quality Virginia leaf, sipping very slowly draws all of the flavors out. Very moreish, an exercise in self control.
Is this their take on the old Three Castles? It's in that zone.

Envious you can get it in bulkTime to refill the Cabbie's jar again - 28 339 is the last day of February 2024, so a little bit of age on this. It's all good!

I don't know how long it's been available like this, but ages ago I was having a good old moan about the wastage of tins tipping 5 in a jar every time. Then suddenly, there were 250g bags! It was like a prayer being answered.Envious you can get it in bulk
We can't even get the tinsI don't know how long it's been available like this, but ages ago I was having a good old moan about the wastage of tins tipping 5 in a jar every time. Then suddenly, there were 250g bags! It was like a prayer being answered.
How much would these cost in Oz if they were available?
That's a horrible injustice, on all counts. We can't even get the tins
If we could, it’d be @AUD$155 per 50gm tin.
No discount for bulk buys, so 5 x $155 !
I grit my teeth if I have to buy a tin in Oz, and tell myself it’s the cost of one premium Cuban cigar
Apologies for a very misleading post. 2024 was a leap year so February had 29 days. Thus, the date code indicates the penultimate day of that month. Mea culpa.Time to refill the Cabbie's jar again - 28 339 is the last day of February 2024, so a little bit of age on this. It's all good!

I haven't had a bad HU Blend. All are IMHO top notch. Mix Directors Cut and Edward G 50/50 and add some Perique then you a third blend known as HU Delight. @Sigmund is the responsible Blender for this creation.Opened this at the end of the weekend. It's looking like it will be another delish' blend. If so, I'll be 2 for 2 on liking these HU blends.
