The seal failed in transit and, unfortunately, it's drier than a nun's... wit. But, I'm posting as an opening anyway. Never tried this stuff, we'll rehydrate and see.
View attachment 384895One of my fav's. I got several for the cellar well before I knew they were going to disappear.
Rum flake is next level. I've got some that's 6 years old and it gets better and better. Glad you're enjoying itA 25g sample of GH Jamaican Flake, a VaBur cased with maple sugar, topped with rum and no Lakeland sauce!
Lawks a lordy! This is some good stuff, I will order more. Very much to my liking.

Report back on your findings. Not technically a tin, but the noodle press is close enough. My probably laughable attempt to come close to Seattle Pipe Club’s Rum Vanilla, which I really like but only have one extra tin of.
Does pressing into a cake make a difference? I have no idea, but It’s fun
How was it? It’s gonna need a week to dry out
Is an Opinel No. 8 with a funky blue handle a worthy way to set $20 on fire? Obviously

Technical note: I had a piece of parchment paper between the tobacco and the die during the pressing
Got to be older than 2020 - didn't this end in 2017 or so? I had 5 tins, smoked one and put 4 aside. Some years later, I really got into it and there was no more... great while it lasted, though.2020 Acadian Perique, only have a couple of these left.View attachment 385806View attachment 385807View attachment 385808
329 is April 2023, I think.BCF. Don't have the date code conversion memorized but it is a recent purchase. Tin didn't seem sealed when I opened it.

Naw, that's screwy. I have bags of Cabbie's with a 345 code and no Tardis. I've smoked loads of 339 and still have bags and tins from last year, pretty sure it was February 2024 that was made because they'd had a hiatus and it was like water in a desert for me last spring.
Good catch. That table is incorrect for sure. I think Dec 1, 1995 is the correct starting date based on what I read on Smokingpipes.Naw, that's screwy. Unless... Mandela effect
Naw, your table jumps back 10 months in December 2019.
Back of the can in my post above says Feb 2020, are you sure you're not confusing with McClelland, maybe?Got to be older than 2020 - didn't this end in 2017 or so? I had 5 tins, smoked one and put 4 aside. Some years later, I really got into it and there was no more... great while it lasted, though.
