Seems all options considered there is nothing out there in the market that meets your requirements. You could always tape a chech tool to a BIC lighter. Not fancy, but it will work.
I have had a pipe zippo for many years but can never seem to get a good light from it.I struggle to draw the flame down and when it does the tobacco doesnt want to light.
Even with crispy tobacco.

Yes they hold a Bic and the Bic lights the wick. The glass blunts are basically for smoking weed, if I am not mistaken. They are discreet, can be cleaned and ashed easily (I guess unlike a regular bowl for smoking weed?) and look cool, I guess.

IMHO a separate tamper is the way to go
Someone else mentioned Rollagas and DuPont lighters - I’ve been enjoying my Faux Pont quite a bit at a fraction of the cost.

Mine don't even match! I always prefer a larger, separate tamper, though occasionally I have on me a lighter with a tamper and find that I had forgotten any other tamper!

Yep, that correct. That how I make my morning espresso coffees during the week and up to 2-3 coffees in the weekend.

Use compressed air to clean and clear the nozzle.
I used the pin of those old three way pipe tools to press against the filler hole to release air .
when filling turn to lowest setting and wait 5 minutes
The air way is clear, I've bled the tank, but I haven't turned it to the lowest setting and let it sit for 5
