Gardening, I love my fruits to make wine. I've been thinking this spring, I might try my hand at growing some tobaccos. I found some seeds online.

I got a new hobby -- making snuff from the various tobaccos lying around my house. I also decided against a hobby today, snus. This is of course after getting talked into to buying a bit to try yesterday by the 7/11 clerk. It tastes good and all, but I'd really rather put a bit of jerky up there -- it may sound weird but I've been doing it since I was a kid and got my first pack of big league chew jerky, though I've long since swapped to full pieces I just chew up a bit first.

I guess my Hobby would be carving. I'm not overly experienced or talented.

Just doodling with wood.

I make tampers and pipe tools.... when the mood hits me.

Here is one of my latest.

Looking good Arthur.

I don't have a lathe so I have to use knives and files.

I have a bad habit of making them for people then just sending them out.

I have recently turned to ebony.

It's hard as iron and won't hurt your pipes if you use the dottle digger to do some minor work on the cake.

Here are some old ones that I use every day, and I decided to make a new one for me out of ebony. Took me three days to get it right... so I'm not that talented. :D

Every one turns out different.

When not at work, I spend my time playing video games, board games (not like scrabble. think Arkham Horror), tabletop wargames (Warhammer 40k, Kings of War) and adding to my collection of knives. Mostly Spyderco, but I'll buy anything that strikes me as unique and useful. I also spend alot of time watching Netflix with my parrot.

Bobdobbs I can't pass up an opportunity like this.
I also spend alot of time watching Netflix with my parrot.
Shouldn't that read: "I also spend a lot of time watching Netflix with my parrotscope."?

Otherwise, how do you watch movies using a parrot? :D
Sorry... just poking some fun. It's been that kinda day.

What's your parrot's name?

@Lawrence Ah, I see how it is :nana:
His name's Beebee (the breeder called him that, and he already knew it when I bought him, lol) and he's a 2 year old Senegal Parrot.

You'll have to post some photos of Beebee.

There are some pet strings here and there in the forum.

I'm glad you can take some ribbing.
Please feel free to take a shot at me when the mood strikes. :D
