I’d say that Ashton qualifies. The stem is quite unique, even among all of the brindles I’ve seen.
Thanks for backing my rationalization... ?

I like my Tasting Billiard a lot. It delivers a nice smoke and tons of flavor every time. The stem isn't my favorite, but I sure don't have to worry about it.Looking at a Tsuge "Taster." Any opinions?
I’m definitely a sucker for IPSD! I rarely buy tobacco or pipes any longer. I’ve a good bit put up as far as tobacco goes.
However, I managed to find a 1962 Dunny Tanshell Zulu Group 3 in nice condition for a fair price. Also, picked up 8oz each of “all day” burley blends:
- Watch City Deluxe Crumble Cut
- Sutliff Ready Rubbed Match
Excited to try these!
Me too... pretty excited for it too, alas no discountI have bought... but wont name or post pics till i get them ☺
I’m obsessed with Ashton’s lately, and my Rosslare Royal Irish’s are probably the most aesthetically pleasing pipes I own. I still marvel at the beauty of my RRI 6 every time I smoke it. You, sir, have excellent taste ?
