I’m thinking it was the stinger but I asked @RustiePyles CPG and he said that it could be easily pulled out.

The good news is that missing this one is makes me realize that I’ve shifted from "I have to get it now or never!" to "There are plenty of fish in the sea."

Here’s a pipe I’ve been chasing a little bit. This one is unsmoked (that’s coming to a screeching halt) It has a metal condenser that screws into the PLip stem. The hallmark dates to 1989

It’s right. That’s a commemorative “patent pipe”. Peterson really got weird in the 80’s

Especially on a remake commemorative pipe. Copy, coommerative, re-issue, marketing scam. They’re all the same.
