I currently have 30 jars and 1 open tin, but I have a core 4 or 5 at any given time. I'm trying to whittle the jars down to 3 or 4 so I can just roll right out of the tins. Everything else is cellared.
My brother is like that, only with wine. He says: "you don't have to open a bottle of wine to appreciate it."My best blends are in glass jars, their threads are covered with Teflon. I will never be able to open a jar sealed with Teflon. I simply look at them through the glass, like when you go to a museum. It's fascinating.
