My tobacco cabinet currently has 134 blends in it, all stored in mason jars (mostly pints with ~4oz of tobacco each but also half-pints that might not even have a full ounce in them), and a closet where I have about 50 of those blends cellared, some more deeply than others. Out of all those blends, I have about ten or fifteen that I reach for more than anything else and probably another ten blends that I've been trying to finish smoking up for longer than I can remember. Everything in between I rotate through depending on how I'm feeling. There's no rhyme or reason to how tobaccos are arranged in the cabinet, but I've been thinking about going through and organizing it based on type (English, Virginia, aromatic, etc.). I don't know, that's probably more work than it's worth.
Edit: Part of the reason why this number is so large is because I ordered a crap ton of different Sutliff blends a couple of months ago, all 8oz each. That may have been a mistake, but I'll determine that as I smoke my way through them.
