How Do You Take Your Coffee?

During the week, at the office i usually drink one espresso, corto not ristreto, first thing when I get there. Should it be a difficult day perhaps another around noon. No milk, no sugar, During the weekends I enjoy Turkish style, brewed in a copper pot over fire. Again, no milk, no sugar.
I also enjoy Turkish coffee and have the small pot for the boiling ritual. This is usually saved for special occasions since I'm lazy when it some to certain things and drink a lot of coffee.
Came across this today. A coffee machine that is practically steam punk.

More and more, I'm starting to like my coffee the same way Ed Corbin's character, "Uncle Ellis" in the movie, "No Country for Old Men," liked his. A several day old pot of black coffee -- room temp and surrounded by cats on the countertop. With cat hair or not--like they told me when we got our German Shepherds--"it's just protein." F#@$k the venties and ...lados and all that shit! Sorry to be subtle.
Haha yes he does well in that roll. Great movie too by the way. He’s also pretty charming as Roscoe Brown in “Lonesome Dove”
In the office I don’t drink any, just water. Working at home, we are hybrid, I drink 3-5 cups a day. Not particular how it’s made, prefer it strong. Used to drink it black no sugar until I learned that a protein in dairy bonds with tannins in coffee to reduce staining of teeth. Now I add a bit of milk, black coffee for the occasional treat.
Free but, I'll pay when it's necessary, absolutely necessary. No Starbucks though, just too bitter on my palate.

Black 50/50 caf/decaf, so my physician does not get too angry at me for the caffeine. And it has to be hot. I leave the room temperature drinks for bourbon and rye.
