If not an espresso (usually a double shot) its a pour over (black and light roast, medium to fine grind at 202-204 degrees F). I've recently gotten back into the occasional Café au lait. Actually waiting on a new Niche Zero and couldn't be more excited.
But I am a strong believer in the V60 method. I've yet to find a better method, unless using similar products which i still dont find as consistent as my various V60's.
If only the coffee forums were half as active as this one...

V60 is good, but my E61 really puts 'em down.

The V60 looks similar to my pour over Chemex of 60 years ago, but we didn't have the fancy goose neck kettles.
A fine machine. V60 is my daily driver, though I debate the economics of it often. Gaggia is my espresso driver (for now anyways). I've yet to find a reason to upgrade unless I get more serious about espresso than I am pour over/long brew. I've now been experimenting with the V60 switch and brew times. Really loving the results and expect them to improve with my new Niche Zero.
How long have you ran your E61?

My Quickmill Andreja Premium- for a mouthful- I've had for ten years. Never a problem with the grouphead, but I am on my third pump, and have a couple of new switches.

My everyday coffee maker is a Bunn with thermos and I’m fairly happy with the results. I do use a French press once and awhile at home and always when camping. I have an espresso machine but don’t find myself using it that often. The link is below for the one I have. I do like a good americano. Could someone educate me a bit on the big differences in espresso machines? Would I see a huge difference in buying a E61 style machine?
