I can't buy new blends just to review them. And as I wasn't given a review sample, I doubt I will have a chance to smoke it. That's just the way things are now.

There's more than a reasonable chance the same thing that has happened for the past 10 years will happen again in 2020. That is, the deadline will be indefinitely extended again. The chances of it being deleted are slim to none. So what choice to blenders have? And what is the cost to create a new blend under the present guidelines? Probably less than the cost of losing market share and opportunity by not developing blends.

In my opinion it is a C&D version of a plug. When I think of a plug I think of Wessex Gold Brick or Peterson 3P.
