Very true. And I've bought all the tobacco I can for sometime.
True for me also, and maybe then some.
Time for me to get off the tobacco acquisition hamster wheel and just smoke my pipe.

I'm impressed that Pease is still developing new blends while facing the legislative changes.

There's more than a reasonable chance the same thing that has happened for the past 10 years will happen again in 2020. That is, the deadline will be indefinitely extended again. The chances of it being deleted are slim to none. So what choice to blenders have? And what is the cost to create a new blend under the present guidelines? Probably less than the cost of losing market share and opportunity by not developing blends.
